About International Trainee Program of SKF China

Aim to proactively increase specialist capacities in SKF China, speed up the knowledge/process transfer between SKF China and SKF global, establish the global networking, SKF launched the international trainee program from Year 2006 to invite the high potentials to join SKF China talent pool.

Now we are starting the Wave 7 recruitment process for this program, targeting on the Chinese students who study for the master degree in Europe/USA and will graduate in Year 2012.

The successful candidate for international trainee position will go through 24-month trainee period with a clear career direction and tailor-made program contents, including 6 months foundation training in China and 18 months international job assignment in Europe or USA.

By learning from / working together with the experts, mastering the professional knowledge/skills/process and establishing the network during the trainee period, the international trainee will become a specialist in the specific technical field.

After the international trainee program, you start the job in one of SKF China business units to start your long-term career development in SKF.

Vacancies for International Trainee

For the recruitment of Wave 7, there will be 20 vacancies. The target positions of the international trainee program include Mechanical Engineer, Product Development Engineer, Product Design Engineer, Ceramics Engineer, Process Improvement Engineer, Quality Engineer, Product Engineer, Application Engineer, etc.

The target locations in China of these positions include Shanghai, Dalian, Jinan, Pinghu, etc.
